About this item

A flat cooking spatula hammered from solid copper and finished by hand, made to flip, turn and serve for a lifetime.

Copper is soft enough to be gentle on copper and enameled pans.

Wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry right away. Not for the dishwasher.

Copper darkens with use. Polish with lemon and salt to bring back the shine, or let it age.

Beautiful work. You can see the hammer marks, and it feels like it will outlast me.

Arrived well packed and even nicer in person than in the photos.

Lovely piece. It took me a few days to learn to cook on lower heat, but now I would not go back.

Well made, but the wait for a made-to-order piece was longer than I expected.
