Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order is packed and shipped by us, so it reaches you from our hands, not a warehouse.

When your order ships

• In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days.
• Made-to-order items are made after you order. Each product page shows its lead time before you buy; our linen clothing takes 3 to 4 weeks. Lead time is how long it takes to make the piece and get it to us, and delivery time is added after it ships.

Orders with both

If your order has in-stock and made-to-order items, you choose at checkout: ship everything together once it is all ready, or ship the in-stock items now and the rest when they are ready. Shipping in two parts costs a little more, and you see the full cost before you pay.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. The full shipping cost is always shown before you pay, with no charges added later.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number for each shipment as soon as it leaves us. You can also see what has shipped and what is still being made in your account.

Damaged or missing packages

If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email orders@righteousshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will replace the item or refund it. See Returns for everything else.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete before you pay. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the address, at the cost of the new postage.
