FAQ

A family-owned shop for natural goods: organic herbs, tea, coffee and sea salt; clothing and bedding in linen, wool and leather; handmade pottery and hand-forged copper for the kitchen; and natural care for the mouth, skin and hair that we design ourselves.

We are preparing the shop now. Sign up for shop news at the bottom of any page and we will email you when it opens.

Our herbs and teas come from a grower who lab tests every lot and grows without pesticides. Each herb page shows these quality marks under the buy panel.

Some pieces, such as our linen clothing and hand-forged copper, are made for you after you order. Each product page shows its lead time before you buy. Linen clothing ships in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Our linen clothing has a box for your measurements when you order, such as your height, waist and hips, and the length you would like. The size guide on each product page shows the garment measurements.

We cook on solid copper and other natural metals instead, with nothing coated or lined. Our blog explains why.

Wash it by hand in warm soapy water, dry it right away and cook on low to medium heat. Copper darkens with use; polish it with lemon and salt whenever you want the shine back.

Keep them sealed, cool, dry and out of the light. Our resealable pouches are made for this, so pressing the pouch closed after each use is all it takes.

Every order ships from us. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and made-to-order pieces ship once they are finished.

Yes. Reviews are written by customers who bought the product here, and you can add photos to yours.
